What we cover
Everything on this site is about one marketplace: Teachers Pay Teachers. We write for two groups of people who use it in very different ways.
For teachers who buy
- How to search and filter so you find good materials faster
- How licenses work, including freebies and team purchases
- How to use Easel and TPT School Access
For teacher-authors who sell
- Basic vs. Exclusive membership and what each one pays
- Payouts, Hyperwallet setup and tax basics
- Copyright, clip art licenses and TPT's AI policy
How we research
Fees and rules on TPT change, sometimes with only a few weeks' notice. So we don't write from memory.
- We start with official sources. The TPT Help Center, the TPT seller blog and TPT's Terms of Service come first.
- We check the math. Every fee example and calculator on the site is worked out and tested before it goes live.
- We date our updates. Pages show when they were last reviewed, so you know how fresh the information is.
- We correct mistakes quickly. If something is wrong, we fix it and note the change.
Our independence
TPTHubGuide.com is not owned by, paid by or connected to Teachers Pay Teachers or IXL Learning, Inc. Nobody at TPT reviews what we publish. That lets us say plainly when a policy helps teachers and when it doesn't.

Corrections and suggestions
Spotted an out-of-date fee, a broken link or a calculator result that looks off? Send it through our Contact page with the page link and what you found. Specific reports, such as "the Exclusive fee shows $59.95 but TPT now lists a different price," get fixed fastest.
Can't log in to TPT or missing a payout? We can't see or change TPT accounts. Contact TPT's own support team through the Help Center for anything about your account, orders or payments.
